SVG Cutting Files Terms of Use
**Due to the nature of our product we do NO OFFER refunds of any kind. If you are unsure about a product file or have questions, please make sure to ASK before you Buy!!**

*please note that we require artist credit if you list anything for sale on ebay, etsy, websites, blogs, or in magazine publications. (You may pick up a logo to link back to us HERE)
What you MAY do:
- Original purchaser of files may create new projects, (such as cards, scrapbook pages, paper piecings, tags, gift bags, or any handcrafted item) for personal use
- You MAY sell your completed FINISHED items for profit
- You may help to promote our files, by linking to us on your selling pages
- Beary Sweet, Key-bored, Squaredy Cats and Squarey Monsters are Licensend Brands, you may create tangible items for PERSONAL use ONLY
What you MAY NOT do:
- you may not SELL or distribute our files in any way, shape or form.
- you may not alter and change our files, then share or claim as your own work and sell
- you may not use cuts in kits and resell, everything must be a COMPLETED item
- you may not print and cut and make into stickers, tags, etc, you must create a NEW product
- Files are not transferable to others, meaning that only the original purchaser has the liscense to use the file.
- Nothing purchased on SVG Cutting files is to be made into any type of DIGITAL form of item. Only handcrafted items are allowed, meaning, you can not make digital kits or collections.
- you may not offer our free files on your site or blog. You may make a post about it and LINK back to our site for the person to obtain the file, but you may not offer the free files on your own.
- You may NOT sell any of the licensed character files of Beary Sweet, Squaredy Cats, Squarey Monsters or Key-bored -- they are a licensed brand and personal use ONLY
HOP FILE INFORMATION
** Hop files will NOT be reset if you do not download prior to their expiration. They are ONLY offered during the hop duration and the 72 hour window from when it is sent to you. NO EXCEPTIONS -- we will NOT reset ANY links for the free hops, sorry!
NO FILES regardless if paid for or Free OR acquired through our blog hops or FB Member page are to be SHARED or distributed in ANY FORM. Immediate Banning from member groups and all future hops will be the consequence.

El comprador original puede crear proyectos, tales como tarjetas, paginas de scrapbook, figuras de cortes, tags, bolsas, o cualquier manuealidad para uso personal y de ganancia. Puedes vender el producto terminado para tu ganancia, nos puedes ayudar dando el link de los archivos que compraste.
Lo que NO PUEDES hacer:
No puedes VENDER o distribuir nuestros archivos de ninguna manera.
Los archivo no se pueden transferir a otras personas, con esto digo que la persona que los compro es la unica con la licencia para poder usarlos.
Nada de lo que compras en SVG Cutting Files se puede hacer en forma digital. Solo cosas hechas a mano se permiten, no puedes hacer kits digitales o colecciones.
No puedes ofrecer ningun archivo gratis en tu pagina/tienda o blog. Puedes hacer un post de lo que creaste y poner links a nuestra tienda para que la persona los obtenga.
