How do I place an order? TOP Its simple and easy to place an order with us. Simply browse our store and add any of the items you wish to your cart. When you are done, click on the Then simply follow the onscreen directions to complete check out. When you get to the PAYPAL screen for payment, make sure you wait until you are redirected AFTER payment is made, to get back to our site to receive your download links (dont worry if you forget this step, however, as the download links will also be emailed to you!) What do I get with my purchase? TOP All of the files come in a zipped folder which will include the SVG file format. Our copyright notice, terms of use and other legalities are also included. Some files may or may not include a printable PDF. More than 90% of the files DO include this, and we try to note in product descriptions when it is NOT included. A JPG or PNG is also included as a reference so you see how the items should look at completion. Our Design Team members all have different cutter machines, such as the Cricut, Silhouette, Scan N Cut2 and more...and each file has been tested for quality assurance. How do I Unzip my files? TOP All of our items come to you in a zipped folder. You will need to unzip the folder to extract the files. To do so, after you have downloaded the file to your computer, RIGHT CLICK on the zipped folder and from the choices given to you, select EXTRACT TO (and then the file name). See image example below
How often are new items and freebies listed? TOP One can never tell. Sometimes items can be added on a weekly basis, other times, maybe twice a month. It all really depends on how busy we are and how quickly we can get new releases to you. All the files listed in our Freebie section are really Free!
Do I need software to use your SVG files? TOP Yes, depending on the personal cutter machine you use. While our SVG designs will work with any SVG compatible program, we strive to test them in all formats out there. It is our suggestion to you, to make sure files are compatible with your machine, that you download a FREE file first and make sure you are able to import it to you personal machine. Where do I download designs after purchase? TOP After successful payment through the paypal website, you will be redirected to our website to complete the transaction. A "Click Here to Get your Downloads" link will appear and take you to a page where you get download all your purchases. However, sometimes customers are returned via paypal before the Paypal website records the payment as complete. If this occurs, you will not be taken to a download page, but once payment is recorded at paypal, an email containing all your links will be sent out to you. What is the return or refund policy? TOP Due to the nature of the products we offer, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on items. We have a series of testers to help assure that our files will cut for you in your home cutter machines. However, if you are unsure, please try out one of our FREE files first to test. If you have lost a file, you can email us, with the date of your purchase and order number and we will issue the download to you again.
I lost all my files.... can I get them sent to me again?? TOP In order for us to resend any links you must know the following
**Without this information we can NOT send out any links to you as this is needed to verify you indeed purchased the items to begin with.
****Please note we can only reset links from ONE Year of purchase. It is you, the customers responsibility to have back ups made regularly on your computer, including your files.
Why is the download only for 72 hours? How can I get my links if they expired? TOP After successful payment you are taken to the download screen so you can immediately download your files. We understand that situations can occur and life happens. That is why a follow up email is sent to the email you entered at check out (NOT your paypal account email, but the actual email you check out with). This email also contains the links to your downloads. We feel 72 hours is sufficient enough for a person to download their files. If however the 72 hours gets away from you and you forget to download your files, all you need to do is contact us with your purchase information. This is to include the date of purchase and your Order Id number located in the original email or paypal transaction. What are all those icons on the top right of the page? TOP At the top right corner of our website you will see the following icons

TOP I placed an order but never got my downloads- why is that? TOP If you placed an order on our website and were not immediately sent to a download page OR received an email copy of your files...there are a few reasons for this:
Why do these things matter?
If Paypal has you as unverified, it means you never completed set up of your account and it can be, in their eyes, a dishonest account, made by those lovely scam artists and hackers out there. Resolve this simply by verifying your account by adding your bank/personal information.
If Paypal has you as unconfirmed, its simply that you have not responded to them verifying the account.
Finally, if you make a purchase and DO NOT use your paypal balance, but instead to use funds with a debit card or credit card... SOMETIMES paypal returns you back to our site, BEFORE the electronic notice goes through that you made actual payment. Being returned back to our site BEFORE we get an electronic notice of the payment, means our shopping cart does not think you PAID yet... so to avoid this one.. simply use PAYPAL Balance FUND to make your purchase, its INSTANT to the cart system and you get your links right afterwards.....
